We are proud of our Sachems FC coaching staff. Not only do they coach Sachems FC teams, they are involved in other elite organizations across the state. Several Sachems FC coaches are involved in the Massachusetts Olympic Development Program (ODP). Many of our coaches also participate in the District Select Program. This gives Sachems FC players access and exposure to the greater soccer community. The Sachems FC coaching staff is also involved in local High School soccer programs on both the boys and girls side. This involvement provides a smooth transition from club soccer to the high school environment for both Winchester and non-Winchester players.
